Acceptance of Terms By accessing Arenita.io or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and services immediately.
Description of Service Arenita provides digital automation, AI agent deployment, and strategic technical audits. We utilize third-party infrastructure (including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Twilio, and n8n) to build custom Digital Brain solutions for our clients.
AI Performance & Hallucination Disclaimer You acknowledge that AI technologies are evolving. While Arenita strives for 100% accuracy, we cannot guarantee that AI-generated content or responses will always be factual or error-free. Arenita is not liable for hallucinations or incorrect outputs generated by third-party LLMs. Clients are responsible for final review of high-stakes AI-generated communications.
SMS & Communication (A2P Compliance) By providing your phone number to Arenita, you explicitly consent to receive transactional and promotional communications via SMS, email, or calls. Opt-Out: You may reply STOP to any mobile message to opt-out of SMS communications. Privacy: We do not share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Costs Our services often require the use of third-party APIs (e.g., Twilio for SMS, OpenAI for tokens). Unless explicitly stated in your service agreement, the Client is responsible for maintaining their own API accounts and covering the associated usage costs.
Limitation of Liability In no event shall Arenita be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from the use of our automated systems. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Intellectual Property Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of the specific content/outputs generated for their business. Arenita retains ownership of its proprietary wiring logic, custom code snippets, and automated workflow architectures unless otherwise agreed in writing.
